On How We Met:

Peter: I was drawn to Dominique’s personality, sense of humour, and smile from the start. We could turn one topic into twenty, and I never wanted our conversations to cease! Learning her story and who she is has been a joyous adventure and every day together has brought us closer.

Dominique: Peter seemed like just another smooth talker at first, but I quickly realized how incredibly sweet and thoughtful he is. We truly got on like fire. A second date was secured by the end of the first and the rest is history!"

On the Proposal:

Peter: I've always felt so welcomed by Dominique's family and am grateful for how quickly they made me feel at home. Our dinners together became something really special to me, so proposing after Easter dinner just felt right! It was the perfect setting to ask Dominique to spend our lives together.

Dominique: "It was the easiest 'yes' of my life—even if I was was so caught off guard that all I could say was 'what the heck?' several times. Then I remembered that I should probably use my words to say yes!"
