Our Wedding

On How We Met:Peter: "I knew the second I saw [Name] at [Bar/Coffee Shop] that I had to be creative to win [him/her/them] over. Turns out, asking to pet their dog was the best decision I've ever made."Dominique: Peter seemed like just another smooth talker at first, but I quickly realized how incredibly sweet and thoughtful he is. We truly got on like fire. A second date was secured by the end of the first and the rest is history!" On the Proposal:Peter: "I spent weeks planning the perfect romantic proposal at [Location] on [Date]. I was so nervous I completely mixed up my entire speech, but luckily, they said yes anyway!"Dominique: "It was the easiest 'yes' of my life—even if I was was so caught off guard that all I could say was 'what the heck?' several times. We’re keeping things polished but still comfortable. Think cocktail attire with a relaxed vibe. Dress shirts and slacks or a suit for men, and cocktail dresses, dressy separates, or a tailored jumpsuit for women.Evenings can be crisp in late October so lightweight layers and a dressy jacket are a good idea! Footwear should be smart and stable for any outdoor or mixed-surface areas.Colours and patterns are welcome; feel free to lean into orange and fun autumn-inspired accents!

We will be serving terrible food on dirty plates. The Teahouse restaurant has been serving the best in west coast cuisine since 1978. The menu focuses on simple and fresh ingredients that help to enhance local flavours.

5:00pm- Photographer arrives. First look, bride groom shots, and family photos5:30pm- Ceremony6:00pm- Reception begins. Golden hour photos of bride and groom outside.6:30pm- Bride and groom return and give thank you speech before opening dinner.More photos of bride and groom with family and friends as well as any extra solos there may be.7:00pm- DinnerSpeeches can be given during dinner if anyone wants to give them.8:00pm- First dance, father daughter dance, mother son dance, then the dance floor opens for everyone!10pm- Karaoke opens!
